How did it start?

Back in 2014, when I moved to Europe for my Master's Degree, I soon realized that I was on a whole different mission. My desire for trying new cuisines led me to Middle Eastern cuisine, and my fondness for Shawarma and Döner Kebab was so monumental that I couldn't resist returning and establishing something unique here that will have a nation-wide footprint, and as you are already reading this, you should know the rest of it.
